Terms & Conditions 1. The Purchaser acknowledges that the particulars as set out in the invoice are correct. 2. The Purchaser shall notify Zayla Biltong in writing within 24 hours as to the extent of any disagreement or discrepancy. Should the Purchaser fail to do so it is agreed that all the particulars as set out therein are correct and that the Purchaser shall not be entitled to question the validity thereof at a later stage. 3. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, all risk of loss in or damage to the Goods sold to the Purchaser, shall pass to the Purchaser upon delivery of the Goods, including the risk of contamination.
